Born in London but currently based in Spain, Hermione’s work is primarily a response to the natural world around her. Abstract in nature, her work is often fragmented and layered, reflecting her interest in the subjective creation of images through memory.

She attended Parson’s School of Design in New York and City & Guilds Art School in London where she graduated her Foundation degree with distinction. She has a BA and MA in English Literature and wrote her dissertation on the role of image in literature.
