Gary Colclough was born in Exeter in 1977. He studied at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and at Chelsea College of Art and Design. He has exhibited widely in the UK including exhibitions in public galleries at the Whitechapel Gallery London, Jerwood Gallery London and The Lightbox Gallery, Surrey.

He has shown internationally including exhibitions at P.P.O.W. / New York, Experimental Center for the Arts,Thessaloniki Greece, La Galerie Particuliére Paris, Jeanine Hofland Contemporary Art Amsterdam, Art Seen Cyprus, Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts, China and his work is held in numerous private collections.
